We ship from Ontario, Canada.
We currently ship with Canada Post and UPS.
At this time we do not do in person pick ups. We apologize for any inconvenience
Your privacy is important. All orders are shipped out in plain packaging with no mention of company name or product.
Orders are processed and sent out within a day (24 hours) but usually shipped same day.
Once your order is paid for and processed we will ensure your order is packaged and shipped as fast as possible. Standard delivery times depend on location and how close/far you are from Ontario. Busy seasons may also affect standard delivery times.
Ontario: Expedited shipping generally takes 1-4 business days. Xpress Post generally 1-2 days.
Outside of province: Expedited shipping can take from to 2-6 days. Xpress Post from 2-5 days.
Priority shipping: Canada Post priority shipping is available however Xpress Post is cheaper and just as fast in most cases.
Electronic info submitted by shipper: We have created the shipping label and the item will be shipped out within 24 hours. Sometimes Canada Post will skip the originating scan, rest assured your item is already on the way.
Shipment received at originating postal facility: Your order has been shipped out and is already in transit with Canada Post. Tracking will remain in the state until the item has been scanned at the next destination.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be picked up by UPS and shipped out.
UPS prices vary depending on your location. Pricing is different for big cities and remote areas.
In remote areas UPS can be expensive. Additional options may be available based on your location such as picking up your order from a nearby UPS Access Point which is often cheaper than delivering it directly to your address. Please contact us for additional options and pricing for your location.
Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of Canada Post and/or UPS.
Northern Organix is not held responsible for any failures by Canada Post and/or UPS. Including delayed deliveries or lost packages.
Please double check your address and ensure that it is correct (including apartment number or unit number)
We are not responsible for any charges for items being returned to us because of incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. There may be a $15-40 re-ship fee charged by Canada Post ('Return to sender' fee + original cost of shipping)
