Shipping Location

We ship from Ontario, Canada.

 

Shipping Services

We currently ship with Canada Post and Purolator.

​At this time we do not do in person pick ups. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Discreet Shipping

Your privacy is important. All orders are shipped out in plain packaging with no mention of company name or product.

 

Shipping Time

Orders are processed and sent out within a day (24 hours) but usually shipped same day.

Once your order is paid for and processed we will ensure your order is packaged and shipped as fast as possible.

 

Standard delivery times depend on location and how close/far you are from Ontario. Busy seasons may also affect standard delivery times.

Ontario: Expedited shipping generally takes 1-4 business days. Xpress Post generally 1-2 days.

Outside of province: Expedited shipping can take from to 2-6 days. Xpress Post from 2-5 days.

I haven't received any tracking or order confirmation

This often happens due to a typo in the email address at checkout. If you haven't received a tracking or order confirmation, please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If it's not there please contact us.

Tracking numbers usually get sent out Mon-Fri between 3:00-5:00pm Est.

 

Sent an e-Transfer but it hasn't been accepted yet?

We typically process transfers within a few hours during business hours. If yours is still pending, the most common reason is a typo in the recipient email address. To ensure your payment reaches us, we recommend copying and pasting our address exactly:   payments@northernorganix.com

Additional info

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Northern Organix is not held responsible for any failures by Canada Post and/or any other shipping carrier. Including delayed deliveries or lost packages.

Please double check your address and ensure that it is correct (including apartment number or unit number)

We are not responsible for any charges for items being returned to us because of incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. There may be a $15-40 re-ship fee charged by Canada Post ('Return to sender' fee + original cost of shipping)
